The roof is not hired out on its own. It belongs to whoever is staying that night, at no extra charge — so the way to have it is to take the rooms. Seven of them, which is comfortably the twenty to thirty people the roof holds.
There is a proper set of speakers up there and you are welcome to plug in and play your own music, which is what most groups end up doing. A DJ can be arranged if you would rather. The kitchen will feed everyone if you say numbers in advance, and the pool is open all afternoon before any of it starts.
